We really liked it, of course, there are those who were disturbed by silence - without going anywhere. There was always a minibar on site, cocktails, coffee, tea.....there is a water cooler for children. You can bring food from the dining room and eat at the tables on the territory. Pizza and sushi are nearby.....you can order it, the girls will organize a beautiful presentation, they will bring it. I rent one star for small rooms. So that you understand, a room for a family of three is 2 beds of 80 cm together, on one side a closet with a mini fridge, on the other a bedside table. That's it!!!! To put a third person in this room (double room), they remove the bedside table and put a cot. And there is no place to even go to the bed. The administrator, Natalia, is rude of course, and always in a bad mood. It was all a small thing for us, we had a great rest. I also remembered about live music on Fridays: a guy sang, not really at all, we had a man at our table who sang much better and vacationers asked him from neighboring tables to perform a song, for each song, for what he sang, they charged him 1000 rubles. As a result, we gave 5 thousand for 5 songs, and when another woman came up, we explained to her that it was not free to perform the song, she was shocked that he sings, and also pays to sing for people.
A great place to relax and very friendly and hospitable staff. We had a great rest with a chatty company - the whole family and friends. There is its own dining room with a variety of dishes, Parking for cars under video surveillance and most importantly, right across the street from the guest house there is a clean sandy and pebble beach with all amenities and entertainment. Let's start with the booking. Since we needed to work, we clarified the availability and operability of WiFi when booking. The administrator Natalia assured that everything is working fine. There are interruptions all the time, there is no connection (we were assured that there is no connection throughout Abkhazia, but as it turned out there is only in our house)
Number. We booked the standard for 11 days. Everything is confirmed. Upon arrival, it turned out that the receptionist messed up and asked us to move to another one on the last day. We decided to help and agree (I DON'T RECOMMEND it!) As a result, on the last day we dragged our belongings around the hotel and instead of a spacious room we checked into exactly the same one, without apologies and any bonuses)
The room is 3x3 (although the description says 15m2). This is terrible! To close the door to the toilet, you need to move the beds, to open the suitcase, you need to move the beds again. There is no storage for 2 adults.
There was no cleaning promised every 5 days. Towels were changed reluctantly and had to be reminded twice or three times a day. Bed linen change is the same.
Well, the cherry on the cake is the "magnificent" administrator Natalia. I'M NOT INTERESTED IN MY BUSINESS AT ALL. Being rude openly to guests who bring you money, not being able to communicate, deceiving are not the best tools in the hotel business. To put it bluntly, I had to remind her that we are not her subordinates, but guests (and it may seem to you that we were rowdy and behaved loudly and noisily), but no!

In March, I booked a room for 4 people. 2 adults and 2 children, economy. Check-in date 06/29/2024 check-out date 07/13/2024 I paid an advance payment.
Upon arrival in Abkhazia, Natalia (the Manager) contacted a sweet, beautiful, responsive, moderately strict woman. I said we'd be at the guest house in a few hours. When we arrived, there was a surprise waiting for us, we got to the open house. Events were organized, dances by an Abkhazian group, a man sang and music played, we managed to have three such events during the whole vacation, a table is always reserved for all events. We got to know the neighbors, it was fun.
There is a summer cafe where you can order pizza and rolls, but for us the most important advantage was the Hominy dining room. Every day it opened at 7:30 and worked until the evening, closed at 21:00. You could buy food on a tray and bring it to the yard and eat at tables in the fresh air.
In the dining room, the girls are friendly, smiling, friendly, always served quickly, the traffic is great, there are always people, everything is delicious, fresh, a large assortment of food. For the 4th at a time, we spent about 1,500-2,000 rubles. We ate whatever we wanted.
We had a 4-bed economy room on the ground floor. Bed linen and towels were changed once every 5 days. Washing things for a fee, cleaning the room is the same, or take a vacuum cleaner and clean up yourself, you can take a basin to wash. It didn't bother me at all, I was used to doing everything myself. In case of a broken toilet bowl, refrigerator. The troubleshooting response was immediate. Everything was replaced and repaired. The room has a TV, air conditioning, bathroom with shower, everything you need for a comfortable stay. The Internet does not work well, personally, we did not catch it in room 6, not a single video could be downloaded, I wanted to work via the Internet, it did not work.
The sea is just a stone's throw away from the yard, you can see and hear the surf, if there are waves. The sea breeze is very pleasant, for children the most important thing is to improve their health. It is very convenient, we came to the beach, sunbathed, bought up, left.
The child had a birthday and a gift was brought from the owner of the guest house, a pleasant greeting from the staff, two cakes with a candle for 2 children and a bottle of champagne for the parents.

We were ready to provide the administration with documents confirming force majeure, and asked for a refund of at least 50% of the prepayment. Our message was not even responded to in Viber. It seems to us that working in the tourism sector is, among other things, the ability to make concessions, understand the situation and be able to find a compromise solution. The staff could be heard talking in the room.

We read a lot of positive reviews about the Fish Factory and decided to stay in this area))). They did not warn that they would need to clean the balcony themselves, because dust flies from the road around the clock. They gave me a mop and a bucket. Cleaning and linen change 1 time in 7 days. We stopped by on Thursday, cleaned up on Wednesday. Wi-Fi in the room catches, but it doesn't work well. Frequent power and water outages without warning. The generator in the neighboring guest house turned on against, loud noise. Also, the noise from the construction site on the left across the street from the cafe from 8-9 in the morning until evening. Accordingly, the same thing happens on the beach. I consider the cost of 8,500 too high. There is one kettle for the entire guest house, queues in the morning))), up to 30 min. tin. When cleaning, small things were missing - a razor, a washcloth. When contacting the administrator Natalia, the issue was not resolved. There is a parking lot in front of the hotel, the car is covered in dust from dirt on the road. You can live if you don't communicate with the hostess.

The manager is a separate story: sullen, always dissatisfied with something, during our vacation, visitors swore with her 5 times (this is what we heard), and finally we, trying to return the money for the days that we did not live there. There is a large parking lot, but guests are not allowed to park there, we were not even offered to drop in to unload things, they dragged us from the street (there is also no parking nearby during the day). My family and I are not whimsical, we are not spoiled by luxury, but we have never encountered such a waste.

Location: very far from Pitsunda itself and civilization in general. Fortunately, we are by car and this did not bother us much (although it was not very convenient to drive to the beach in the Grove. But the beach is cleaner there and somehow the atmosphere is more fun)
Meeting: either the girl at the reception was ill (in a mask), or she was generally tired of vacationers, but we did not notice any special cordiality. Plus, the room that was prepared for us in the WA correspondence was extended by the previous tenants. But she forgot about it and we broke into the room of the unsuspecting vacationers. We were offered a room on the 1st floor, the only one of the triple rooms or suites for 9500 (by the way, we did not understand what such a price tag was for - street parking, shared courtyard, beach too). For comparison, Foros in Crimea has a similar number 6500, but with a much better environment and beach.
Room: very small, there is not even a table where you can drink tea (the terrace is shared, there is nothing on it either). There was an air conditioner hanging over the third bed, right above his head, which not only buzzes like hell, but blows on the heads of all sleeping people. The lights are constantly turned off at night (but this is, of course, not the fault of the hotel. Although you can get a generator). The TV was showing only 1 channel and then intermittently. Wi-Fi is "dead".
Food: nearby there is a not very budget and generally monotonous dining room "Hominy". We went to Pitsunda for lunch in the "Yummy", for dinner we went to the village for kebabs.

The best guesthouse in the Pitsunda Bay. The room for 4 is just huge. The sea view is as close as possible, 40 meters to the edge of the sea. There is never any light at all at night, so if you expect comfortable conditions in the form of elementary water in the toilet for 7500-5500-3700-2700 rubles / day, then do not count on it. After paying 7,500 rubles / day, it's ridiculous to go to the toilet at night with a flashlight on your phone and, alas, no more than 1 time per night.
By the way, if you like to sleep with air conditioning in the heat, then get ready for the fact that if you set yourself an air conditioner and close the window in the room, you will wake up in the steam room in the morning, because from one o'clock in the morning until five in the morning there will be no light and your room will turn into a greenhouse
• speaking of numbers... terrible humidity. The air conditioner cannot cope with the drying mode. My husband always started coughing in the room, similar to the shortness of breath of asmatics. Carpet that has absorbed tons of dirt over the years. Dirty air conditioner, which, apparently, has never been cleaned. As far as I know, the plaid is designed to make the bed so as not to dirty the bed linen if you suddenly want to lie down during the day. • during the two weeks of arrival, the room was cleaned once and towels were changed once. By the way, they had to clean 2 times for 14 days of stay, and change towels at least 4 times. But it was either promised.
