I've been here several times. I really liked it. A responsive host. He speaks Russian.
Location: The guest house is located on a hill, with beautiful views from the balcony! It is 10 minutes to the store, 8-15 minutes to the beach. There is a bus station nearby.
House: there are rooms (with shared bathroom and kitchen), there are apartments (with their own kitchen and bathroom).
The shared kitchen has a refrigerator, dishes, an electric stove and a kettle, and a table.
There were 2 shared bathrooms on the floor.

Clean and cozy. The room has everything you need: a bed, a TV, a wardrobe, a balcony with mountain and sea views.

We rested in this place. Magnificent, stunning nature, view apartments. Clean sea, the beach is nearby. There are many cafes and restaurants, a bus station nearby, and the opportunity for tourist trips to other cities. The responsive and attentive host, the apartment has everything you need, the furniture is new or in perfect condition, TV, kitchen, safe, wardrobe, iron, bedroom, and a balcony with views of the mountains and the unearthly beauty of Montenegro.

The best apartment owner in all of Montenegro!! Kind and responsive. I liked everything: the cleanliness of the apartment, the view from the window, a quiet place and close to the city center and the sea!
