Excellent location, the rooms are ordinary, clean, they have everything you need, the owners are friendly + there is a cafe on site (the food is delicious) or you can cook yourself, because almost every room has a kitchen, a minute walk to the sea, the water is clean and a large sparsely populated beach. The air in this place is simply extraordinary , the coniferous forest and the sea💙

A great hotel. Very close to the sea , a wonderful beach 200 meters from the hotel , there are very few people on the beach and this is a huge beach. The hotel also has excellent cafes.

We are resting here now, the sea is the cleanest in Abkhazia, the food is homemade in the cafe at the guest house, they cook with you, rooms with all amenities, everything for relaxation is there, the beach is sandy and pebbly, 3 minutes to the sea, friendly staff, I advise you to relax.
