Clean, cozy. The host is very hospitable. He will always tell you where to go, go, where it is better to swim and eat.

We were there a few years ago, but judging by recent reviews, everything is the same there. Of the advantages: the pool is heated, although if there are people, then there is no comfort. Of the cons: clean only from above, I confirm everything that was written about this in the reviews; well, most importantly, the sea is still not close, that is, physically it is close, but you can not swim in this place, sewage, some ships, etc., to the beach, where you can really enjoy the sea to go at least 30-40 minutes, 20 minutes of which are on a not very good road: not in the park, not on the sidewalk, on the curb in the heat, then you get to the embankment and you can already walk here, but not swim yet. The owners don't worry much about reputation, more about not cleaning up. I'm not coming back here. It is recommended only in low season for adults without children.

We stayed 10 unforgettable days in this wonderful hotel. The rooms are very clean and cozy with a homely flavor. The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, WiFi, gas stove, microwave, TV.... The evening romantic atmosphere illuminated by garlands inside the hotel, the cleanest pool and many different trees fascinates the arrival. And many thanks to the owners of this hotel, who responded responsibly to the suggestions and leisure activities that appeared.

We had a rest in this guest house four years ago, we liked everything, it was clean and cozy, we were met at the train station, taken to the train station. Everything was cool. That's why we decided to come back here again. But no luck this time. We booked an apartment for five people in a separate house, we stopped by, crumbs on the couch (apparently we didn't try very hard to clean), it smells like sewage, towels with stains, old carpets (it's not nice to walk on them), blankets with holes, the handle to the toilet fell off during the stay, the water heater fell off. Apparently, we came across a very old house and in need of repair (this is just advice to the owners that they need a small repair and a change of leaky blankets, old carpets and replacement of towels with stains with new ones). I also didn't really like the moment that on the day of departure (check-out time 12-00) they came to us at 10-30 and asked: when will you leave and left detergents and buckets at the gate. Because of this, I had to hurry up a lot and left unpleasant impressions. Of course, no one offered us a ride to the train station like last time. Thank you for calling a taxi. We will not come here anymore(((

The pool is clean, but it was not heated in winter this time - electricity restrictions. But a cold pool goes well with a hot bath))
A large kitchen, there is everything you need for cooking. There is a barbecue in the yard. The yard is green, beautiful, Parking for cars.
It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the sea. But silence )

A great guest house! Great hostess! We were settled ahead of time, right off the road. Very pleasant. The hostess has excellent homemade wine (really homemade and for herself), the neighbors have delicious adjika. There is a small swimming pool, it's good to cool off in the heat, it's generally ideal for children. Great room, photo is true, good wi-fi, air conditioning. There is a barbecue area, there is a washing machine, a large kitchen and a terrace, a lot of plates, pans and other utensils, if desired, you can easily cook yourself whatever you want! Nearby on the beach you can buy mussels for 250 rubles per kilogram from the guys who catch them. One day we overheated, we asked Ksenia about the delivery, so she also brought us food from the cafe herself. Thank her very much! A wonderful guest house, come without hesitation!

We visited Abkhazia in April..We were looking for a place with a swimming pool..and about happiness, and even with heating!Clean, spacious..superr!Having viewed a huge amount of housing...we stayed at the Palych guest house...and yes, not for nothing...Guys, it's cozy there..clear..and it is decorated with taste...It's nice to be there!(everything is as it is in the photo) We communicated directly with the young master Daniel...a boy with great potential..I made contact and prompted at the request of🤗.It's not far to the sea..next to the stall from the beer factory..there's fresh beer and cheesy fish(assortment 👍)..the market is also nearby... The only negative..this is a modest courtyard, of course..the place is small..but our big company had enough seats!Thank you for your hospitality ❤

We decided to have a rest with a young man in Abkhazia and naturally, like all adequate people, we read the reviews both at the booking and here. Most of the reviews for this guest house look like this: "there is nothing nearby," but this did not upset us much, because we arrived by car. At the beginning of the holiday, there were no special complaints, because only a week before the appointed date they decided to book, and this option seemed the most adequate of all the remaining offers. Let's go through the "pros" and "cons"

The location is very comfortable. There is a cafe within a 5-minute walk, a shop nearby, the sea is a little further away, but, unfortunately, we appreciated only the cafe, because we went to the sandy beach of Mocha, and the store's assortment did not include the local lemonade we loved.
There is a swimming pool.(but I would attribute this more to the cons, children's screams are constantly coming from there)

Inconvenient parking, in connection with which the neighbors woke up in the morning with a request to give them the opportunity to leave.
The smell and dampness in the room. (we decided to tell Daniel that there were problems with drying towels, to which we received the answer "yes, it's wet, we had to build a dryer for bed linen, from 11 to 3 things dry outside." All the things smelled damp. This may seem like nonsense to you, because there is a heater there with which you can dry everything. I admit, we only thought about it before we left.)
The cherry on the cake were the COCKROACHES that we discovered last night. But do not forget, this is an ECONOMY class guest house, that is, cockroaches should not bother you. But we were hampered by the trampling of these little paws.
While we were killing cockroaches half the night, we discovered that there was a jar of gum under the sofa. Finally, it became clear that the cleaning was not carried out very carefully here.
The departure time was set for us at 12:00, but at 11 Daniel came asking if we were going. There was an unpleasant feeling that we were almost being kicked out.
Decide for yourself whether you want to spend time here and have a good rest.

The kitchen is in a warm perimeter. The audibility between the rooms leaves much to be desired, as everywhere else.

Among the disadvantages: a bad road to the guest house and for 9 days I have never cleaned the room, although cleaning is indicated once a day.
Among the advantages: we took a room with its own kitchen and bathroom, the room is well equipped-refrigerator, stove, sink, extractor hood, lots of dishes, TV, own Wi-Fi.
There is a small parking lot for cars, a heated swimming pool, a Playground, a barbecue area, two shared kitchens - one indoors, the second outdoors.
It takes 10-15 minutes on foot to the sea.
