I have been to this guest house more than once, always staying during both work and tourist trips. The owners are as hospitable as possible, the house is perfectly clean, warm in winter, not hot in summer, there are air conditioners. And the food here is a special pleasure! Mistress Anoush cooks incredibly well. Some positive impressions from the guest house and all the trips that they brightened up at times!)

The hotel is located in the very center of the city, but on a quiet street. The owners Tigran and his wife are very friendly people. They speak Russian fluently. They are hospitable, educated, and pleasant companions. There are many shops, cafes, restaurants around, within walking distance of the metro and the main pedestrian street of Yerevan. I recommend.
