A terrible meesto, does not correspond at all to the House of Culture because of the attitude of the management towards working cultured and educated people. According to the intelligent employees working there, who are responsible for cultural events, it is not the director who directs, but the caretaker.
I was there as a representative of a small business, I wanted to rent a place for the time of the fair, but they didn't really explain anything to me on the phone, they didn't send the contract, they allocated a miserable place, opposite the front door and the fire exit. The door to the street was kept open from morning until lunch. And only after I called Gomel, they deigned to close it, because one element was removed from the door closer. And this is just one episode from the bullying that I went through there.
I had to leave, incurring huge losses.
