The excellent location of the hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Chamberlitash Tram station. Near supermarket, cafe. Within walking distance of the main attractions.
My advice is to take a room with a larger area, especially if you take one room for two.
Breakfast is served on the terrace with a beautiful view of the Marmara Sea

The hotel is not bad, but there is always a PROBLEM.
The handles in the room are falling off, the linen with spools, tiny rooms. But the main surprise is in the staff. Breakfast is from 8-10 in the morning, but there are special rules here: at 10 o'clock, your scheduled breakfast may not be. They'll just give it to someone else or throw it away. The fact is that a person is given breakfast on a plate mixed with olives, herbs, cheese and sausage. And as in normal hotels, breakfast is served from 8-10 o'clock. We arrived at 9:50 and didn't find our breakfast. The girl who handed out the plates couldn't really answer anything. It would have been all right, we picked up the leftovers from the buffet, but after 5-10 minutes a lady (obviously local) got up and miraculously found breakfast for her. Good location, pleasant staff, spacious and bright rooms.
But at the same time: disgusting sound insulation, poorly closing windows, frankly inedible breakfasts.
