Nice hotel, I'm staying for the second time. It is small in itself, with a convenient location, close to all the main attractions. Attentive staff, delicious breakfast with a view of the strait in the company of seagulls)) There are small rooms, but they are quite cozy. The last time I traveled with my son, we had a room upgrade, for free, which is very nice! A pleasant place!
Plus it's the location.
Then only the cons. I limp and walk with a cane.
We lived in another hotel, liked this one outwardly, decided to move. We went in,
We found out the price, looked at the room, agreed (2 people for 2 nights on New Year's Eve 250 euros). The next day, they came with passports, issued them, gave us another 30 euro discount, confirmed the high floor and the room, we made an advance payment of 100 euros. A day later, when we arrived with our suitcases, we were checked out and given a room on floor 0, where the reception is. To my indignation, they said that we had booked it..... Then, well, okay, it's the hotel's mistake, we'll move it tomorrow. Well, another 20 euro discount. They really decided that if I had nowhere to go with a suitcase and a crutch, they brazenly deceived me. Looking back, they have such a nasty guest toilet, which should have been immediately alerted. Cheaters and crooks.
It's a good place. The city center. Decent breakfasts, but keep in mind that this is a small hotel, the entrance to which is located between the restaurant and the store, and the stairs to the rooms are very steep. Well, you can only see the sea from the terrace where you have breakfast.
The excellent location of the hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Chamberlitash Tram station. Near supermarket, cafe. Within walking distance of the main attractions.
My advice is to take a room with a larger area, especially if you take one room for two.
Breakfast is served on the terrace with a beautiful view of the Marmara Sea
The hotel is not bad, but there is always a PROBLEM.
The handles in the room are falling off, the linen with spools, tiny rooms. But the main surprise is in the staff. Breakfast is from 8-10 in the morning, but there are special rules here: at 10 o'clock, your scheduled breakfast may not be. They'll just give it to someone else or throw it away. The fact is that a person is given breakfast on a plate mixed with olives, herbs, cheese and sausage. And as in normal hotels, breakfast is served from 8-10 o'clock. We arrived at 9:50 and didn't find our breakfast. The girl who handed out the plates couldn't really answer anything. It would have been all right, we picked up the leftovers from the buffet, but after 5-10 minutes a lady (obviously local) got up and miraculously found breakfast for her. Here's Turkish hospitality for you. I am attaching a photo of breakfast on two different days
Good location, pleasant staff, spacious and bright rooms.
But at the same time: disgusting sound insulation, poorly closing windows, frankly inedible breakfasts.
