We booked the room directly on the day of arrival by phone. We organized a convenient transfer from /to the airport. The hotel has one Russian-speaking manager. The staff is friendly. The room is spacious, cleaned every day. Sometimes an unpleasant smell was heard in the room from the bathroom (holes), it was necessary to ventilate the room. The room had disposable slippers, shampoo, hair conditioner, soap, hair dryer, kettle, tea/coffee. A folding playpen was provided for a 2-year-old child. The breakfast is quite varied.(omelet, boiled eggs, sliced sausages and cheeses, various pastries, salads, olives, baked vegetables, herbs, cucumbers, tomatoes, cereals, fruits). The hotel is conveniently located on a quiet street, but in the center (10min walk to the main attractions). There is a panoramic restaurant on the top floor. The food there is so-so, and the promised discount for hotel guests was not provided. On the minus ground floor there is a sauna and a hammam. The hotel has an elevator.
Four stars for a strong 4 stars. The bed is comfortable, the room is clean, the promised view of the historical center turned out to be a view of the construction site in front of the above-ground parking lot, the said beautiful view is available only when visiting the restaurant on the 5th floor) the service is slightly intrusive, but very good for Istanbul. For your price, just for once for me.
They put me alone in a room with 3 beds, in response to my perplexity, they moved out of the topic of changing rooms. But 12 hours before departure, they offered to pack their luggage and move to another room, because they needed this one. The refusal was perceived adequately. Delete the word "Spa" from the perception of the name of the hotel, it is an imitation of a hammam, albeit for a very reasonable fee.
Great hotel. Everything you need for recreation and more is within walking distance. Breakfast is noticed. There is a very beautiful park nearby. And access to the Bosphorus. The best place to stay in Istanbul
Great location. Walking distance to the main attractions. Polite staff. The restaurant on the terrace is mediocre, but there is a great place to eat around the corner. The sauna and hammam are not worth visiting. The view from the windows of the construction site and excavations.
