It was a very good flower shop, but unfortunately now they have proved the opposite.I ordered a bouquet (not expensive, but it's not about money at all) I chose flowers from the photos, I also clarified that they had fresh flowers, and they answered yes, fresh. Next, I chose flowers, after an hour they send me a photo of a bouquet of the wrong flowers that I chose.Then they corrected it.In total, flowers were delivered in 2 hours. It would be fine if they delivered good fresh flowers...there would be no attraction to them. But as soon as the flowers were received, they wanted to put them in a vase, the wrapper was opened and the casting crumbled, the flowers also fell. The bouquet immediately fell into the trash! together with a good mood ! I wrote to the store to figure it out, I thought they would show loyalty to customers. But alas... they asked for photos, they started saying it could be due to temperature changes. I agree it's hot here, but fresh flowers couldn't spoil so quickly in 20 minutes maximum. Or they have a delivery service that delivers flowers on foot. At the end, I asked if there was anything else you wanted to say and Hooray!!! The operator apologized and said it wouldn't happen again.
I understand that this is a business, but you should not deceive customers on such subtle things. After all, you don't sell Brooms. I ask everyone to take into account!!!
