There are few people. Markets in Armenia are losing their relevance: there is no need to bargain, there are fixed prices in stores, everyone has the same assortment. Often, the products in the stores are fresher. At the entrance there are dried fruits, then pita bread, fruits, vegetables, cheeses, meat, things. Do not buy at the entrance, go ahead and the prices will please you. On the plus side: you can try all dried fruits stuffed with nuts and other goodies. You can go once...
I liked the market, but you will be ready to leave with full bellies, as everyone will treat you)While I was buying from one girl, she fed me everything. Moreover, when I said that I was not hungry, she said that I would offend her))Everything I bought was fresh
An abandoned place , shameful .
And the Indoor Market was generally turned into a supermarket , although it could be a center of attraction for tourists and the concept of a small center could be expanded . In Armenia, a lot of things ended up in the hands of primitive people, unfortunately
A market where you can buy dried fruits, spices, coffee, cheeses, meat and more
It's cheaper here than taking it from souvenir shops
Everything is very tasty, the sellers offer to try everything. It helps to determine where the most delicious is
Run away from there. The prices are atomic.
For fruits, look for fruit stalls around the city.
Churchkhella, basturma, cheese are excellent in mini shops, and supermarkets are not bad.
Yummy. You don't have to write anything else) And they will give you a try, and they will make a discount) A variety of spices, dried fruits, sausages, etc. We, however, did not take alcohol here, but you can buy delicious homemade wine (especially blackberry).
If you are visiting Yerevan and want to buy Armenian sweets, come here. Basturma, cheeses, meat and nut soujuk, marshmallows, all kinds of sweets. But be careful, do not run into sellers who try to lure you to them, treat you, then it is no longer convenient for you not to buy. And buy 30-50% more expensive. Go through the market, compare prices. A lot of great products at a decent price. Pomegranate freshly squeezed juice is just a bomb.
More or less, I would not say that there is a great choice
The same market in Tbilisi is 10 times bigger
But probably this is a place of its kind where you can buy something like home gifts with a certain choice
prices for tourists are cosmic))) uncomfortable, one saleswoman, after learning that I would take only 2 pieces of sudzhuk with a dissatisfied look, went to the grandfather-seller, so he showed everything, told everything, and bought everything else from him)
The Armenian market is one of the most important things in this world. So to speak, the 9th wonder of the world. If you want to taste Armenian fruits and buy something delicious, then come here
Interesting. You can try everything. But very intrusive sellers, personally I don't like it. In short, we have to go. Whether to buy or not is up to you, but there are places cheaper 😉
Yes, annoying, yes, they offer to try. But this is also the whole flavor of the market. Noisy, bright, healthy, delicious, cool)))) I bought something new for myself: a walnut soaked in something for months. Insanely delicious, I advise))
A good market, spacious, not cramped. Not far from the center, we walked with pleasure. We are happy with our purchases - dried persimmon, basturma and chechil turned out to be very tasty)))
A large selection of national all sorts of goodies, if you come as tourists- you need to come here for churchkhella, dried fruits, nuts. The only thing is that all tents with the same assortment are not very.
From what was rare and cool - one tent with homemade Armenian cheese, a couple of tents with self-assembled mountain tea and spices - that's super.
It's a normal place, but you have to be careful When tourists come out, the prices are a little higher. You can safely bargain. Or is there another market called petak
The most delicious dried fruits that are sold in Yerevan are in GUM. This is a market in the classical sense. The variety of dried fruits will surprise anyone.
One of the central places of beautiful Yerevan, where guests of the capital and residents can plunge into the atmosphere of the bazaar. Slender rows of dried fruits, spices, meat delicacies. Be sure to take a look, you will not leave without trying local goodies and buying goodies
I don't like markets from the word at all, and now especially Armenian ones.
They just sell horror, they invite, they fool
Not tasty vegetables are sold under the guise of very tasty ones.
And they also sell to Russians at completely different prices, unlike local ones)
It is not worth visiting, it is very expensive and not always of high quality. For tourists. It is better to buy all this in any supermarket, it will be much cheaper
Great place! Whatever you want dried fruits, cheeses, caviar, souvenirs, everything is there, they sell all sorts of antiques on the second floor, you can bargain everywhere and you need to
A normal market. Sellers stick around, of course, but if you say no, they leave quietly) Clean and lots of local produce. The market looks good compared to the markets in Tbilisi)
A must-have place for tourists in Yerevan to experience the locals)) talk to the sellers, try everything you can and leave with packages full of local flavor
The market is cool, very authentic. They stick, of course, they try to sell dried fruits. I do not recommend taking them, they are tough. It's better in supermarkets. But it's definitely worth going!
Mostly nuts, dried fruits and their combinations in gift baskets. There weren't enough vegetables, milk or meat, but maybe because I was on Monday. Sellers are not particularly inclined to bargain. But everyone considers it their duty to feed you 😆
haggling and bringing down the price is the most pleasant thing you can do in the market (sorry. in Gum) they will feed, give you water and give you something else as a gift. it's a pity that there is no Wi-Fi to order a taxi directly from Gum. tip: if you are from Moscow, do not talk about it, do not shine something expensive and a phone. the price will be much lower for you
A large assortment of products, the market is covered, they are constantly trying to feed something, while they were shopping, and they don't want to have lunch))) in general, I recommend it.
Great shopping mall.I bought a lot of things there for myself and the children .there are a lot of branded boutiques.at the entrance there is a cafe where they feed very tasty.I recommend
