I've been coming to this cafe on purpose for many years, even if not on the way. The food is delicious - the soups are excellent, the dumplings, the pasta, and everything is delicious. Portioned butter is brought with bread - a dump of everything.
There are often no seats, a company of 3-5 people may not sit down, you need to book in advance, but this is not a minus, just a fact.
On the downside, the staff could have been nicer, even though it's not a high-level restaurant. Stone faces and no hospitality for catering are such a thing. The order of the dishes is that two people have ordered a salad, and the third has been looking at his soup for 15 minutes and waiting for the others, this should not be the case. We ordered two beers with a friend - they brought it to him, I'm sitting waiting, they brought it to me in 9 minutes (specially detected)? Excellent food, a variety of dumplings, an amazing salad with herring. Reasonable prices, nice waitresses. An atmospheric and cozy place in the very center of Minsk. It is especially pleasant to visit here in winter and late autumn.

It's a good place. The summer terrace is not very nice, but the place itself is cozy. Although it would not hurt to refresh the repair. The prices are adequate. Fast service. Dumplings and dumplings are really delicious. You can choose standard or large portions. The desserts pleased me. We liked the Aji Mushkat dumplings and the Currant cake.

Let's start with a good one :)
- The atmosphere is wonderful, it's very cozy outside and you can always take a blanket.
- The food is delicious
- The choice is good and the prices do not bite much
BUT the waiters are clearly in no hurry to work:
with most of the empty seats, we had to take the menu on our own (we did not wait 5 minutes)
to take the order for another 7-8 minutes
, drinks and bread basket were brought quickly and the main course too.
but dessert was waited for another 15 minutes after it was finished.
I would not write all this, because initially I thought: probably a lot of work and everything requires more time. But when the waitress was standing next to her and chatting with her friend, I realized that the problem was not downloading)

For a long time, I ordered takeaway food in this place from 2020-2023.
After returning here by the end of 2024, there are big questions about the price/quality ratio.
I take salads to take away, large portions each time for several people.
Lettuce is now put on 2 teeth, it does not cost 20 rubles per person.
I have repeatedly asked the waitresses to bring this information to the kitchen, but time after time they give me less and less salad.(

We recommended this restaurant as a place with the most delicious dumplings in the city, but after the dranik, the dumplings no longer fit.
There was almost a full landing in the restaurant. I sat down at the bar first, and they noticed me about 15 minutes later. Then I moved to a table, where I waited for the waitress for another 15 minutes. Of course, it would have been possible to accept the order more quickly.
I ordered tea (I was counting on a teapot, but it turned out to be a cup) and a gourmet dranik. Very satisfying! The cooking time is about half an hour.
Despite the not very fast service, on my next trip to Minsk, I may also look at the dumplings.

The coolest cafe is the dumpling shop in the center. The kitchen is excellent every time. The interior is certainly not the freshest, BUT everything is very decent. For fans of dumplings, I recommend it. I visited it for the first time about 10 years ago and since then, probably nothing much has changed inside. The quality and the "brand" are kept to this day. The establishment is time-tested.

I love this cafe, my parents have been driving since childhood and I praise and advise everyone every time.
But how unpleasant it is when the question concerns small things, which are far from small things, when you come to your favorite place and you know that you will not be disappointed. As a result, the question arose because of the bread. Instead of the standard portion, the remaining pieces of bread were brought. I asked the waitress to bring a full basket (well, I love this bread), we reached the manager and she also stood her ground that they had new rules and portions.

I was with a friend on the summer terrace. I took the Belovezhskaya dumplings. I usually feel heavy after dumplings and I can't eat much, but these dumplings were so delicious and light that I managed to stomp the whole portion. I also want to mention the polite staff and the nice interior. The summer is not so atmospheric (you can add a couple of colors); but it's already autumn so next time =)

Excellent cuisine.

We were on vacation and regularly had breakfast/dinner in a cafe. Adults vote with two hands for fish. We recommend it, it's very cool.👍

But the receptionist kicked us out, she started yelling that this table was occupied. Then what is the reservation for? For show? If she had politely suggested another one, there would have been no questions. We were just sitting in the bar area and waiting, and she flew up shouting and insulting and started saying something incomprehensible, or rather shouting. The police are usually called to this, it is an insult to the person and human dignity. I ask you to understand the situation, otherwise, we will complain, all the way to the Presidential Administration. You can't humiliate people like that for just waiting for a table. No one has ever humiliated us like this.

We took the most expensive cognac from the menu - Hennessy VS. We ordered 200 ml. It was immediately clear from the smell and taste that it was anything but Hennessy. We were asked to bring a bottle from which this cognac was poured for us. To verify the quality of the alcohol.
The waiter brought an empty one. To the question: did you really have exactly 200 ml of this cognac left, which we ordered - the administrator was talking nonsense, apologized and could not properly explain what we eventually received, and the waitress just burst into tears.
It was obvious to everyone that we had been deceived, and twice: when the wrong Hennessy was brought and the second time when the receptionist came with an empty bottle. We still did not understand who and what they pour instead of good cognac. As a result, our 200 ml was taken away.
We ordered Moldovan cognac, and they brought us the same cognac, which is like "Hennessy". It became obvious that the administrator was not interested in solving this issue.
Bottom line: we tried to cheat 3 times in a row and still included Hennessy in the bill , which we never drank 🤦🏻♂️ We will not go back anymore.

The big question about the menu. Freshly squeezed juice is indicated - 4 kopecks, 100 ml, however, they will bring you a glass, a double portion will be knocked out in the receipt (WITHOUT WARNING!!!). I wouldn't have said a word if the waiter had warned me in advance. When I asked, the answer, as I wrote earlier, was a chuckle. There is no suggestion to solve this incomprehensible situation.
In general, I do not recommend it.

The dumplings here are really delicious. But instead of one dranik, a "Gourmet" (who is actually a sorcerer) I would prefer three separate ones, but smaller ones - then they would be fried, with a crust... The dishes themselves are also good. I took a Fitness Chicken. The chicken itself is crusted and juicy inside, the vegetables are lightly fried, and there is a small amount of oil.
