In general, it's good, but the breakfasts are the same for the third year in a row)) nothing changes at all, the rooms are good, but there is a disadvantage, there is no forced ventilation in the bathroom, I did my job and the smell is not very good, if the door is closed, then when you open there is a smell, apparently from other rooms. The rest is normal, the bed is great, there is a TV, a mini fridge, a kettle at the reception, the staff is good.

I stayed at this hotel for the second time. My favorite place in Alanya! This year, a new building was opened, everything was completely renovated. Each room has a balcony.
We made breakfast at the hotel, which also pleased us. Two decent pools . In the evening, you can sit on the ground floor on the cozy veranda and drink Turkish tea.
The location is just a dream!

A new, modern hotel. The room is small, but with a balcony. There are many TV programs. Good location. In the centre. There are many cafes and shops nearby. Friendly staff. There is no mini-bar, very soft mattress.

It's not worth the money. The staff is not friendly and only one girl at the reception knows English at least. There is no kettle in the room and no drinking water is brought. The irons at the reception are all burnt out and spoil things. There is a hotel nearby for less money, and there is coffee, tea, kettle and drinking water in the room every day.

Terrible staff and attitude towards the guests! Any suggestion or remark is taken with hostility, smiling hypocritically.
We checked into a room for 3 nights. They gave one card at the reception (there are two of us). They asked to give us a second card - they refused, referring to a certain service system ... it was not convenient, we had to walk only as a couple.
The hotel is very cold, there is no heating, the floor is tiled (February, outside +8). There is an air conditioner that works for heating (it is impossible to warm up the room), but as soon as you leave the room it turns off.
They asked us to solve the heating problem (to give a heater or a second card), they told us we pay a lot for electricity and therefore we will not give you either a second card or a heater and offered to move to another hotel by returning the money for accommodation.
According to the hotel, this is a high level of service…
We were forced to move to the hotel next door, which gave us two cards and a heater in the room. I think they pay the same price for electricity.
I do not recommend this hotel, the attitude is terrible.

Nice apartment. It is not expensive, it is located in the city center. True, repairs have not been done for a long time, but the price attracts. And so everything you need is there: furniture, plumbing, Internet.
