My mom is 89 years old, she walks weakly, but she can still take care of herself, she lived alone, she didn't want to come to us: children, grandchildren, it's noisy.
Social workers came, I didn't really need their services. She asked to be assigned to a social boarding school, she wanted to communicate with people. The first time we talked her out of it, but after 4 years she repeated her request again, went and looked, she liked it.It's been almost 2 years since she's been here, at first it wasn't easy, because she lived alone for a long time, she had to get used to living in a team, but now she likes it. She goes for walks outside, has an elevator, attends concerts that are held for every holiday, and attended a needlework circle. The room is clean, there is a TV. Good nutrition, fruits and salads are constantly provided, the nurse brings pills every day, you can consult a doctor at any time. Free visits to relatives, you can go to the store, it's nearby. Mom is happy, and we are calm for her. We would like to express our gratitude to the management and staff of the boarding house for the good organization of work, for their care and patience, and wish them good health, new ideas and achievements in the New Year 2025.
I agree with the previous review by 150%. As a former care worker for bedridden residents, I would add that there are about 30 seriously ill people per nurse... + cleaning rooms, feeding weakened residents and constant restocking and changing clothes of people who walk under themselves. As well as the constant cries of the management that the staff is not working. Constant pressure and humiliation of human dignity. Unfortunately, the management most often does not care about the needs of the people living there. A beautiful external picture, and behind the picture is indifference and hopelessness.
