I happened to see this cafe with my friend and now it's our favorite place!
The atmosphere is simply magical! An interesting idea with geese. There are also very beautiful decorations for the new year! The staff is friendly and courteous.
I would like to say something about the food separately. I have never eaten such cheesecakes anywhere (they are incredibly delicious), we also tried pasta and I can say that it is very tasty! And the coolest thing is, the decoration of the dishes is just a delight!!!
It's a very cozy and atmospheric place, I recommend it to everyone!💕

We visited the institution twice: on January 4 and January 18. The first time, everything went great: a pleasant girl at the counter, polite and attentive, quickly placed an order, made delicious coffee (added cardamom, for which she got a karma bonus from me!), cleaned the dishes in a timely manner, was not lazy to leave the counter once again. A very favorable impression was left of the establishment. I took the liberty to recommend the place to my mom and her friend, and I was here with a friend the same evening. And how ashamed I was for the recommendation! The impression was simply ruined by another girl who was at the counter this time (18.01.25). When my mother came there in the afternoon, the girl ignored the new visitor for five minutes, just stood with her back to the hall, facing the kitchen window and "chatted." Finally, she deigned to turn around and reluctantly find out what she needed. There were two unmade tables in the hall, she did not immediately respond to the request to tidy up, she took the dishes away, but she did not wipe the table. Mom and her friends ordered twice, the dishes were not taken away from them, they said that the cafe was self-service (where is it indicated? and the unmade tables indicate some inconsistency in your establishment, make up your mind). I would like to add that we were also ignored, the order was accepted about 10 minutes after our arrival; the music was also playing very loudly, and for some reason the volume was constantly increased.
There are no questions about the kitchen, although there seems to be a lot of soda in the cheesecakes.

The staff seems to be very unhappy with life. He wasn't there when we came in, and we waited two minutes to see if we could sit down.
The atmosphere is cool, the interior is good, it's a pity that there's not enough space, it's hard to focus on talking to a friend, because conversations can be heard from all the tables.
The waiting time for two mulled wines was 8 minutes, it was delicious.
Table reservations in the establishment are incomprehensible and unpleasant. Two reserved seats, everything is occupied, only one seat is available, where we sat down. People were late for the reserved tables, and while we were sitting, a lot of people came in and wanted to sit, but because of the reservation, they turned around and left, sad.

To begin with, when we entered, no one greeted us. We go to the bar and place an order: "Americano, halvic-peanut raff and bruschetta with salmon." The girl with the apathetic face replies, "No bruschetta." I say it's just coffee then. With the same non-caring face, she says, "croissant? A sandwich?" I refuse, and the answer is "well, I tried."
My mom and I went to this place solely because of the geese, and we arranged a photo shoot for everyone. But even after everything was photographed, our coffee was not ready. I checked the time of payment, and it turned out that we are waiting for 2 coffee 20!!! Minutes. I don't know what regulations baristas work under, but 20 minutes is a long time for any regulation.
I went back to the bar, the girl looked up at me and said with a boorish intonation, "what??", I said, "well, take the coffee," she said, "what did you have ???", I replied and reminded her that we had been waiting for 20 minutes. To which she replied, "So what??? You are not alone here." At that time, there were 3 tables in the establishment (2 people, 2 people and 3 people) and everyone was sitting before us.
20 minutes is a very long time, an unacceptably long time for 2 cups of coffee, one of which is American))
The Americano was served to me (or rather, I took it away) warm in a very strange and scary Soviet teacup without a spoon.

The food for a coffee shop (I can't name a cafe) is quite normal. The price is low. The room is small, I would say small. One of the disadvantages is that there is self-service. The plates were also brought with food, but the drinks, due to the fact that I was standing at the bar, they hinted to me, "take it and bring it yourself." As a guest, I was uncomfortable. There were no napkins on the table, I told the bartender about it, he brought napkins and just put them on the table in a pile. That is, I already had to put them in the napkin holder, although in other establishments waiters do all this.

I'm surprised how terrible the service can be, there are simply no words to find how to describe it, how in the canteen you need to pick up the finished dish from the bar yourself and bring the dirty dishes there, a young guy who is not interested in what is happening around was constantly on the phone, no friendliness, no hello, no goodbye, so more And do the dishes yourself. The coffee shop is not bad, but here are the staff and service... I visited the geese cafe the other day. I came for a business lunch. In 1, the waitress came up and offered the menu 10 minutes later, after ordering 1 dish, I received it 10 minutes later, and 2 didn't want to bring it at all until I went to the bar and asked where my order was. They told me a couple of minutes. As a result, they brought it to me when I was about to leave.
Conclusion: 1 bad service

The idea of the establishment itself is wonderful, but its execution leaves much to be desired. There's a lot of space inside, and they tried to fill it with at least something, so it seemed cramped and uncomfortable to me. The service is no different from similar establishments in Gomel-average. The food was brought to us quickly, and most importantly at the same time. The coffee stood somewhere near the barista for about 5 minutes, so the foam dropped and the coffee didn't look good, to put it mildly. The prices are average, the menu is large.
The food is just about nothing. Waffles are generally not bad, sweet. Squash fritters with fish are trash. Liquid fatty pancakes in sour cream with fish with a smell of Sozh. We weren't thrilled. Coffee is naturally tasteless, bitter and burnt. Plus I'm giving you an asterisk for an aesthetic bathroom)
In general, it will do for one time, but in the future we will pass it by.
