It's a very cool website, I can't believe it's in Armenia. But… I'm on the phone, and after a long ring, they pick up the phone and say "aaalo" impressively, as if I called his intercom at 5 a.m. Don't introduce yourself, don't say hello, you're already doubting if you've dialed the right number.
