The brasserie is actually an ordinary Massifian pub. Positioning itself as a German braurai does not justify itself either in terms of the menu, the taste of beer, or even more so in terms of service. There is no service. Under the pretext of a banquet, we were served at the very last turn (the banquet turned out to be more important than ordinary customers). We waited for the order for almost an hour, each mug cost us 15 minutes of time. The waiters are all deceitful and unscrupulous (the table at which the "management" was sitting was cleaned and paid attention more often than those who actually made them money). Beer is served with foam, when settling, which opens the real volume of poured beer. The bonus beer mug is just a half-drunk beer from the previous mugs.

When we came in, I thought it was a very beautiful place, but there were few people on Saturday and I immediately realized that the food would not be very good. The steak had a strange taste, so I couldn't finish it. Chili sauce was the cheapest sauce of a poisonous red color. We arrived before 4 p.m., and the waiter said that the service was included in the price, and when we left, the 20% service was still added to the price tag. The waiter was incompetent, stood at our table until the order was made, and spoke outright nonsense.
