The five of us traveled together. We stayed for 2 nights. I really liked it. The location is in the center, a 20-minute leisurely walk to Old Tbilisi. Rustaveli metro station is nearby. We had an apartment (2 rooms with balconies facing the street). The bed is clean, there were enough towels for everyone. The hostess is very friendly, you can always ask for a towel if you didn't find it. In the evenings, we had dinner and socialized in the shared kitchen. A washing machine is available for a small fee. Plus, it's a very atmospheric place.
We arrived at night tired from the road, we wanted to check in and sleep peacefully. The hostess yelled at us that they arrived late and kicked us out...
Of the positive, only the location, the bed linen is old and equal, they gave one towel for two, not washed, I had to buy it. It was impossible to use the shower because a pipe was leaking somewhere and after a few minutes the water on the floor was ankle-deep, we booked a junior suite through the "island", there was a discount on it, but upon arrival the hostess said that again everything was mixed up there and we were assigned a standard room or we would have to pay extra, but we made a photocopy of the contract when bookingThe hostess was very unhappy that she did not have to charge extra money. Later, in the reviews, I found that this is a common practice for this institution, you confirm everything with documentation so that there are no problems when paying for a room, I do not recommend this hotel, it is better to look for another one
We visited Gutsa twice, the hotel is a former huge apartment, where each room is now a separate room with its own bathroom. The atmosphere of the old town, delicious breakfast and affordable price - I liked everything)
A cozy mini-hotel with a wonderful atmosphere and a hospitable hostess. It is located next to the metro in an old house. Apparently in a former communal apartment with parquet floors, high ceilings, antique furniture and many paintings, the author of which is the hostess, who speaks Russian well. Parking for cars is free of charge. Great impressions.
We rested in the hospitable house of Dear Gutsa for 12 days, For the New Year 2019.The atmosphere of the old intelligent Tbilisi is very
homely and cozy. The whole house is decorated with paintings by the hostess herself. The hotel is located in the very center of Tbilisi, within walking distance from the main attractions. At a fairly economical price, a good continental breakfast, good bed linen, towels, and bathroom accessories are offered. The hostess treats her guests with maternal love and care. We, four women from St. Petersburg, were very satisfied.I recommend it!
