We got to the hotel by accident, but we didn't regret it. Comfortable room, clean. The owner is just a very nice person. The day after arrival, the owner offered to move into a much larger room than we had checked in. Thank you for your kindness and help.

I was at the Guli Hotel for 9 days. I really liked the atmosphere.
Tranquility, attention of the owners and staff, cleanliness, order, a cozy room with everything you need. All the equipment is tastefully decorated in the national style.
Very convenient location, within walking distance from the old town and other attractions. Very plentiful breakfasts from the hostess, - from several dishes (porridges, omelets, sausage, flour products) to all kinds of cheeses, vegetables and fruits. Everything was fine.

A three-star hotel.
To begin with, we originally booked another hotel (much better). But the driver / receptionist who met us at the airport said they had overbooking and there were no rooms available, so we will put you in another hotel and make a discount. Since the time was 6 a.m., we agreed (although I understand that we had to go to the original hotel and sort it out there on the spot). We were brought accordingly to this Guli hotel.
They showed a room with a size of 10 sq.m. We went to <url> to see the prices at this hotel and found out that their deluxe room is cheaper than they offered us that tiny room, even taking into account the discount for relocation.
As a result, we were given this deluxe.
I would not put the room itself in this category, only if it is at the expense of the area.
Mattresses, in my opinion, are hard (but this was the case in all hotels in Uzbekistan, both in Samarkand and in Tashkent).
In the bathroom, the water went badly, plus it also leaked.
The breakfasts are not bad and hearty, but this is not a buffet - they are served there in advance according to the number of residents.
One of the advantages of the hotel is its close location to the center and attractions, literally 10-15 minutes on foot.
We only stayed for one night, so it's fine.

I really liked everything! Responsive, pleasant administrators who always helped with the answers. It is located within walking distance from the Old Town. There are shops and cafes nearby. Clean everywhere, the breakfasts are such that we went well-fed before dinner - a wide variety of dishes. Thanks to the managers, they helped us and prepared rations, because it was an early flight. Prosperity to the hotel and more grateful customers!

Maybe the hotel is decent, but I got a room with 4 beds for my family of 3 people. Everything is right next to each other. The suitcase could not be rolled up, I had to lift it over the bed near the door. Definitely not a boutique hotel.

Nice hotel, I liked everything.
They often helped with information and were very involved in the life of the guests.

I rarely travel and stay in a hotel, so I probably won't be able to objectively evaluate it) but I want to say that the advantages are warm rooms, hot water flows from the tap, good breakfasts, good repairs, good hotel design. The owner of the hotel is a nice friendly person. I really liked 5 out of 5

A quiet, pleasant place, located far from the road, but finding it on the navigator is not a problem. The rooms are equipped with everything necessary, at a minimum. The breakfast is good. It is popular with tourists from all countries.

A new, newly opened (April 2019) Hotel. In European style and oriental decoration. Nice rooms with their own bathroom, underfloor heating in the room. Therefore, it is warm in the cold season. The dining room has access to the patio and the dining room is fresh in winter.
