"Georgian Square", "pond Architects", "Quarries" are called in different ways, as soon as this place appeared it was very beautiful and cool - it was clean, well-groomed, well-maintained, even a patrol went and kept order, now garbage is everywhere, everything is overgrown with 3 meter bushes, neither mowing nor cleaning garbage cans, benches, trash cans, paving slabs in the lake at the bottom, there are several drunks under each tree
The place is not special. There is no descent to the lakes with strollers. There are steps on 2 sides. Some of the steps are very "steep" that a small child can fall off.
Trees were planted one or two years ago. And 2/3 of them safely "disappeared". Because no one watered them and did not make sure that they took root. The steps (to the lakes themselves) are dilapidated, there are tiles up to half near one lake, and then asphalt (why would you do that?!), there are no large pieces of tiles near the second, the water is all overgrown. At least not so much garbage and benches have been repaired in the last year. My opinion is that if there is no one to do it, then there was no need to do it.
The best residential neighborhood. Silence, nature. A great area for family living.

I've been living in Brest for more than 10 years, and this is the first time I've been here, although I'm constantly in the area. Such a quiet place with ponds.
