Just a great location in the historical part of Tbilisi , within walking distance of almost all the sights; very very hospitable staff , always prompt and help , breakfasts , like mom's , everything is delicious and plentiful , homemade wine is always in abundance . The room for three was large and spacious with access to the terrace and a view of the mountain. I highly recommend it.

A lovely, cozy and friendly hotel
Renovated, in November it was a little cool for us, but we didn't freeze
The place is amazing. The heart of Tbilisi, but a quiet area
The breakfasts are cozy, homely. It's not a huge buffet, more like "eat what you get" at home. We were always well-fed and happy
A room with a terrace is a delight
We went around the whole center of Tbilisi, but the whole of Georgia is in this cozy place
I will definitely come back here

A wonderful place in terms of location, wonderful people are the owners of this private small hotel! It was the second time we stayed at Alexey's. For the first time, Alexey inspired us with hospitality and an infectious story about Georgia to return to Georgia by car, for a longer and more varied journey. We contacted from Russia and asked a lot of questions, we received answers and lively participation. On this visit, without any requests, our room category was improved, simply because, as Alexey explained, they always do this when there is an opportunity)!
The hotel has good homemade breakfasts. Location: the famous Tiflis baths and all other attractions of the center are 2 minutes away. In fact, even though it is in an old house, everything is done wisely and with great taste. In general, well done, thank you very much for everything.

A lovely quiet hotel in the very center of Tbilisi. Wonderful hosts. Alexey will tell you everything you need to know and what is interesting in Georgia. Great food. In the evening, you can sit and drink wine in the courtyard, enjoying the sounds and smells of the old town! I definitely recommend it!

A wonderful hotel with wonderful warm-hearted and helpful owners and staff. Excellent location in Old Tbilisi. The interior and views from the balcony and terrace are a separate delight! The breakfasts are homemade, very tasty and sooo big and hearty! I heartily recommend it!

Super hotel in the very center of Tbilisi, we will definitely return again) despite the location in the center, it is very quiet. The breakfasts are insanely delicious. In general, it feels like visiting my grandmother in the country in the summer.

The manager Alexey is super hospitable and caring. You can contact him on any issue, he will tell you everything and show you.
The rooms fully correspond to the description and photos on the Internet, and this is very rare)
Small but hearty breakfasts are served. My husband and I really enjoyed it, especially for our first visit to the city of Tbilisi. I definitely recommend it!

A nice, small, family-run hotel with a convenient location in the city center, next to the gray baths and the Narikala fortress. It differs from large hotels in its individual approach and communication with staff on various topics. The homemade breakfast, prepared before serving, consists of two dishes, including a variety of cereals, plus a buffet. The approximate cost is 4,500 rubles per night.

Incredibly nice hotel, designer renovation, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, we had a room with a huge terrace instead of a balcony and a tree with a persimmon next to it. The service is excellent, the breakfasts are delicious at home! The location of the hotel is very convenient for hiking along the ancient streets of Tbilisi. I recommend the Gwino Minda Hotel!

I am in love with the hotel and its owners! Friendliness+100,500 points, as well as other conditions in the hotel. There YOU ARE AT HOME! And what kind of breakfasts are prepared!!! Oh my God! It's worth visiting this place just for the sake of it!!! Amazing wine!
I've been to the hotel twice, but it feels like I've known the owners for a hundred years!

A lovely hotel, we stayed there for a few days in the middle of July. A room with a gorgeous view of the fortress, a cozy atmosphere in the hotel, a pleasant team that will not ignore your questions. I highly recommend the hotel, if I am in Tbilisi, I will be happy to stay in Gwino Minda. P.S. the photo shows the view from our room.

Excellent location in the very center of the city, in old Tbilisi. We rented a room with a stunning view of the Narikala Fortress. The breakfasts are homemade. We met warmly, the attitude was attentive. Special thanks to Alexey for his personal approach and participation. For valuable advice and willingness to help, it is very valuable. A chic hotel in the center of old Tbilisi!
We were 2 days with a 1.9l baby. I liked absolutely everything:
The location is wonderful (keep in mind, you will need to walk a little uphill, but it's 2 minutes).
A spacious stylish room off the road, the kid had somewhere to run. Plus a cozy courtyard.
Breakfast with 2 hot dishes (porridge + second course). Eat your fill) Even the child ate well, which is important!
And most importantly, the friendly hosts!
It felt like we had come not to a hotel, but to our distant relatives! Thanks a lot to Alexey and his wife!
We will be happy to return!
