With food, as luck would have it.
Yesterday, 07/31/2024, it was very tasty. Not spicy, salt in moderation. We ate bozbash soup, a pot of beef, khinkali, tea and desserts, bird's milk and mikado. Khinkali is sharp, but this is usually the case. Pot - a lot of soft meat. Bozbash is thin, but very tasty.
Today, 08/01/2024, it's not tasty at all, money thrown away and feeling unwell after(( The same pot is greasy and spicy; kharcho is completely tasteless and too spicy; potatoes with mushrooms - fried stale. Moldy mushrooms were found in the potatoes and in the pot, I reported it, no one apologized.
I asked - different chefs: yesterday Gayane (delicious), today David (tasteless, greasy, spicy).

Great food! We were in Gyumri for only a day, we ate here three times, everything is very tasty! Some waiters are in "their own atmosphere", but these are the little things of life - anyway, everyone is polite and friendly. Very inexpensive compared to other places. I recommend khurjin - lots of meat, delicious pita bread, inexpensive. Hashlama with mutton, in particular, is more expensive, but there are bones rather than meat. Although I liked the taste. No cheese was noticed on the Megrelian khachapuri. Then what is the difference from Imereti, the waitress does not know. The vats also left a pleasant impression, as did the Gyumri salad. The latter, by the way, is warm.

I ate my best Shawarma in this place! It's just great, and most importantly - affordable!!! I take it with me every time, so I can't evaluate the work of the staff. The cashiers are happy, very friendly - nice!

We ordered Imam bayaldi's eggplant salad from the menu - instead, without warning, they brought a completely tasteless mess from a jar, canned food. When we asked why the salad was not on the menu, the manager came up and calmly said that "we don't cook here ourselves."
We went to a "restaurant" called. We can eat canned food from the jar at home.
The dolma was sour.
Bottom line: tasteless and the manager is not customer-oriented at all. No apologies, no meal replacements, no discounts. Deception in its purest form and tasteless food. I do not recommend the restaurant.

There was a misunderstanding, but after communicating with the administrator via email, everything was resolved and the attitude was extremely positive.

We entered this restaurant, the waiters stood in a dense wall in front of the entrance to the hall and talked to each other, none of them even turned to us. We turned around and went to another restaurant with a more welcoming attitude towards the visitors.

The service is disgusting. They brought broken glasses of 3 different types for six, although the order was the same. The glasses are not wiped after washing. They didn't wait any longer, took the food and left. The food is average.

Нормальное место. Вкусно, недорого, по времени делают не долго. Может когда-то обслуживание и было не очень, но сейчас (ноябрь 2022) все ок, и на каждом столе лежат анкеты для клиентов по оценке качества кухни и обслуживания.

Dolma is bland, it fell apart even without matsoni. The mutton kebab was in the form of bones with coals instead of meat. The sauce is in a plastic container... The wait for the barbecue is more than an hour. I do not recommend it

Вкусная, недорогая еда. Готовят довольно быстро. Покушать - в самый раз. Есть веранда и зал. Но обслуживание косячит: то блюдо забудут принести, то не то принесут. В общем - было бы идеально, если бы сменили официантов.

Заказала татар борани и хинкали прождала заказ 45 минут. Ушла. Посадка была не полная. Сложилась впечатление что местных обслуживают быстрее чем русских.

Очень долгое обслуживание, куриный ролл оказался рулетом, которого ждать пришлось 55 минут. Кормили 5 минутками. Ходили частенько сюда, теперь не хочется тратить свое время. Тем более блюда не ВАУ, обычные совсем , уровня дешевого кафе на окраине Москвы

Наплевательское отношение официантов! Мясо сухое и горелое.. Помидоры в салате замороженные и резиновые.. Не советую туда ходить если хочется вкусно поесть..

Обслуживание ужасное! Долго ждали сдачу с оплаты заказа, пришлось самим идти на кассу, а нам там сказали: "Это вы свои копейки ждете?!?!?". Хотя сдача была не маленькая!Больше туда не пойдём!

Отвратительное заведение. Заказ всей еды ждали ~1,5ч, в итоге умудрились испортить все: яичница с батурмой была невероятно пересоленной и сильно подгоревшей, хинкали были переварены настолько, что они разваливались в руке, а мясо было как каша….. строго не рекомендую.

Готовят оооооочень долго, мы ждали хинкали больше часа.
Очень не рекомендую, обслуживание оставляет желать лучшего.

Как можно было так испортить говядину и салат Цезарь - я не понимаю. Ещё и готовить это 50 минут. Есть можно только хинкали и кебаб
