Very disappointing experience.
The elevator is barely functional – only 3 people fit, it only stops at the 4th floor, and it moves painfully slow.
The floor is in terrible condition – about 45% is broken, unsafe and unpleasant.
Worst of all, the medical staff (med sisters) are extremely rude and unprofessional. They speak harshly, don’t help properly, and work very slowly.
The whole place needs serious improvement in both infrastructure and attitude.

It's a terrible place. They came here with a suspected stroke. The doctor could not examine him properly. For her, the circulatory disorder of the head was normal, it happens to everyone. We paid AMD 13,000 for a doctor's consultation. They asked for the final diagnosis and could not name it. I didn't do anything, I just talked on the phone all the time. We signed up for an MRI scan on time, waited 3 hours in the end. Until they spend all their own. If you're going to die, you can come here.

Hello dear compatriots and foreigners, I want to share with you my impressions about our Gyumri medical center. I arrived from Moscow with a hip fracture ( I admit this is from the genres of fiction, I do not advise the faint of heart to repeat it) on 07/28/2023. Dear Martirosyan, a traumatologist, showed me first aid here, low bow, dear Serobyan, a traumatologist, took responsibility for further treatment and surgery. Already on 07/29/2023, the preparation for the operation was completed. 30.07.2023. With God's help, the traumatologists Serobyan and Martirosyan successfully completed the operation with their golden hands and brilliant knowledge. I had a feeling that I would never be able to walk again in my life, but already on 07/31/2023 Serobyan convinced me of this and we started walking together, which is very pleasing. Today, on 08/01/2023, I am solving my minor issues on my own.

Hello, I do not like to write reviews, but it did not work out, I want to start with the Doctor Arthur Stepanyan, who is not only a wonderful person but also the best doctor in the world, he saved my mother from death, thanks to him, a man is alive who probably could not have been saved even by the most experienced and best doctors, he is the only person in this department, low I bow to you, I give 5 stars only to him.

It's not the first time people have asked for help there. Not a hospital, but an UNSANITARY ENVIRONMENT. It was just terrible, my friend was dying of abdominal pain, they didn't even help him in any way. They just took a lot of money and sent them home to die. Just so you know, my friend had a stomach ache. SUPER DOCTORS suggested making KETOROL, which is absolutely contraindicated for such pains. Make a conclusion for yourself, friends, do you want to die for a lot of money? Then welcome to the Gyumri Center.
