Испортили все настроение, пришлось вернуть все покупки! Видно как информационная война на грузин повлияла! Не советую русским заходить в этот магазин! Особое неуважение к русским, это я на себе испытала. Во всем ТЦ все разговаривают на русском, улыбаются,дружелюбные, а тут «не хочу разговаривать на русском» . Когда мы успели стать врагами? Мы всегда были братьями и сестрами!!!
Выбирали с супругой одежду мне и ей, последними были в мужском отделе и пошли туда же в примерочную пустую абсолютно! Охранник сказал девушкам нельзя, на мой вопрос почему, мы вместе, сказал там женская примерочная. В итоге я померил и пошли в женскую и там стояли в большой очереди. Клиентоориентированность на низшем уровне! Во многих странах были в hm, такого не встречали еще
