Hello, dear travelers! I want to tell you the story of my stay at the Hotel de Nantes, 3 rue Boulay, 75017 Paris, France! I prepared for the trip in advance and thoroughly. I booked the hotel a few months before the planned arrival. The reservation was cancelled for free on Booking.com Considering my budget, I chose this hotel with dates from 1.10.2019. to 4.10.2019 (3 nights) 111 euros plus city tax 1 euro per night. In total, I had to pay 114 euros. Already on the way, I received a message that a test payment of 37 euros + 1 mountain tax = 38 euros was withdrawn from my card. Upon arrival at the hotel, the administrator issued an invoice of 114 euros, claiming that it had nothing to do with the test payment and that it was just temporarily blocked, it would be unblocked on the day of departure on 4.10.2019. When I left the hotel at 4.10 am, the owner claimed that "the deposit is no problem!!!" Upon arrival home, after waiting a couple of days and not finding any money in my account, I wrote my review of the hotel on Booking.com with a description of the specified situation, I made the request myself Booking.com . As a result, Booking.com I replied that I would sort out my situation as soon as possible, and after receiving the review, the hotel sent a calculation of my stay to my personal account, indicating the dates of arrival and departure and the final amount for the stay.....!!!! - 38 euros.!!!! Indicating only the money that they debited from the deposit, and the amount paid in full 114 euros disappeared from the mention. Go prove what you want to anyone you want!!! In total, my stay in this budget hotel cost me 152 euros. Which of them is the hotel or Booking *** is difficult to determine, and collusion is possible. As you can see from many reviews, my situation is not the only one. The amount of loss is not large, a fly in the ointment spoiled the overall impression of the trip.
