A great cozy hotel in Paris. There are 2 metro stations nearby, not far from the center. Very tasty and cozy breakfasts on the ground floor. There are delicious street cafes nearby.

Good location. The hotel itself is far from fresh, but you can spend a couple of nights at an adequate price!
