We lived in block C from 11 to 16 September. Very decent apartment, quickly settled. A bit of a long wait for free elevators. The sea is across the street. A beautiful promenade. On the downside, the street is very audible at night, especially when the dogs are barking.
We were satisfied with our stay: beautiful sea view, all amenities, washing machine, even powder, shower, kitchen, linen, several towels, neat and spacious room, although well, a very small refrigerator, in which it is difficult to put a bottle of milk in the presence of other products, and without a freezer, as well as visibility, high audibility of neighbors along the balcony, since the balconies are separated only by small plastic partitions and there were waiting for the elevator (although it is high-speed, but the building has more than 40 floors and about 70-80 apartments on each floor). But the sea view and the first line fully compensate for these minor inconveniences)
They were in the period from 17-23 /08/2023. We rented apartments here. Orbi 2corpus Costs 215 GEL per room. Room on the 34th floor with sea view. Two rooms, 4 bedrooms. Cozy, clean. Kettle, iron, small fridge, stove. There is no microwave oven, so nothing can be heated. Breakfast was being prepared. The sea is 300 meters away. We really liked it. Pebbles on the shore, stones in the sea, so you can't do without aquashouses. At the sea, dealers sell them for 20 GEL, you need to buy them from the hotel in advance. It's for 10 GEL. The exchange rate to tenge at that time was 100dlr =267 Georgian LVRI... There is a market across the street, an exchanger. Everything was convenient. Georgians are hot. A little bit wrong, they start to crack. Why? They don't watch housing and communal services. If it's about money, they yell at a person. This is about those who rent a room, transfers... Not all of them, of course. Another inconvenience:it takes too long to wait for the elevator, especially at peak hour, when check-out is underway) check-in at the Orbi Hotel is delayed, there will still be an extension. If a review helps, I will be glad....
Great hotel. Near the sea, the beach, the promenade with all the entertainment infrastructure for every age and taste. In the next house in the basement there is a small shop where you can buy everything you need: groceries, wine, fruits and vegetables. We stayed in Orbie City twice during our vacation in Batumi, including this year from August 26 to September 5. We are very satisfied with the service, the work of the reception staff and comfortable conditions). Thank you for the hospitality and a great stay!
This is the last place where I will ever risk settling in my life ((( Only out of great need!
Perhaps we were unlucky, because we settled into dirty apartments with torn curtains, broken furniture, moldy shower and leaky linen! But in general, nothing remarkable: an anthill with a bunch of elevators, a third of which broke down regularly. As a result, half an hour for the elevator is in the order of things! The reception staff is not very friendly, to put it mildly. The only advantage is a step away from the sea.
On the other hand, it was impossible to fall asleep without earplugs under the noise accompaniment that came from the coastal promenade every night!
It's all good. Beautiful view from the window, friendly staff. The only drawback: it is unclear at the Booking whether you are booking a hotel room or a hotel room owned by a private person. Because of this, it took longer to sort out the counter, time was wasted.
I have been to different countries and different places, but Batumi is something that cannot be expressed in words! It's better to give up everything, go there and feel all the buzz in person.
Clean, cozy, big bed, bright. It is convenient that the kitchen has its own. Hair dryer, iron, tefal, TV, refrigerator are available. The view of the city is gorgeous (we lived on the 14th floor). The only disadvantage is that you wait a long time for an elevator
Were a week in early September. We liked everything. The conditions are comfortable, the prices are adequate. There was a small minus for us - difficulties with parking, but somehow we overcame it. In the house opposite there is an inexpensive Cafe with homemade food.
A great place to stay. Everything is close: the sea, the beach, excursions. The panorama is gorgeous. The room has everything, repairs, appliances, everything is new.
I liked everything very much. But!!!!!! The hotel is on the 40th floor!!!! The balcony is not glazed! For those who are afraid of heights, think before booking. And so everything is great. The room has everything: a washing machine, a kitchen, washing accessories
beautiful apartments. There is everything you need. air conditioning, washing machine, iron, TV with YouTube and browser, stove, dishes, refrigerator. friendly staff. definitely 5 stars
In no case do not choose G-Point City Beach (Orbi), Batumi, Sheriff Himshiashvili str. 7d(7b). In Orbi, individual apartments, even entire floors, have been purchased by private individuals, hoteliers. The receptionist in Orbi, at the G-Point City Beach Hotel, is a rude, Russian-hating lady from Ukraine. She ruined our entire vacation in August-September 2023. God forbid you to go there to rest. There are a lot of hotels, do not spare money. Look at which hotels have been recently built, otherwise everything looks beautiful in the photo, but in fact you can get on the dirt, damaged furniture, and rudeness of the hotel administrator. Also Next Orange.
these are the aparts. each room has different owners, i.e. the conditions of accommodation and payment are different. We lived in a nice room, but also looked at another one - shabby and dirty. They didn't stand at the elevators in A building, but in B they had to
The room is great, but the place is very crowded. People at the reception are indifferent. There is no parking around. The construction site is around.
A monument to human greed. Skyscrapers among the slums. New (in my opinion, the "oldest" of 2019) apartments with already fallen off tiles on the floors, damaged repairs, with elevators, God only knows on what principle walking / stopping.
In short, they built it, and how and who will maintain and operate it is the tenth thing.
We lived there for 14 days. Eternal traffic jams at the elevator. I had to wait for the elevator for half an hour. There is no parking at this hotel. There is nowhere to park the car there. The eternal problem. Constant traffic jams at the hotel. Generally a madhouse
The room is poorly cleaned. After checking in, we went to the store to get cleaning supplies and cleaned up. The elevators are constantly full and you have to wait for them on duty. But the view from the window was magical.
