УЖАСНЫЙ СЕРВИС! Мало того, что ни разу не звонили за день не напоминали о записи, ТАК ЕЩЕ И НЕ ПРЕДУПРЕДИЛИ, ЧТО НЕ РАБОТАЮТ, хотя у меня была запись в этот день. Я приехала просто так, а еду я издалека. Что за низкий уровень клиентоориентированности?! Где ответственность перед клиентами? Ужасно недовольна и больше не буду сюда ходить.
