I applied for hair lightening, instead of the agreed upon with the salon master (minus 1 tone) instead of the permissible 40 minutes during lightening, lightened 4 times for 5 hours. As a result, the hair is completely burned. There's probably only a third of my hair left. If it weren't for keratin, it wouldn't even be possible to comb them. Even more terrible, the master did not thoroughly wash off the paint, leaving it on the skin, the condition of the skin on the head is terrible, itching, stinging, but you can not wash it off, because keratin, and if you wash it off, you can safely go shave your head bald. My gorgeous, long hair has turned into straw.... I highly recommend not visiting this salon!
