Erzurum chag kebab is the most delicate lamb "kebab", as a horizontal shawarma is made. Unlimited pita bread, salad, tea of any kind. New skewers of meat are brought in all the time, until you stop. Empty skewers should be placed in a special vase, and the bill will be calculated according to the number of skewers in the vase.
I rarely ate such delicious meat as here, except in a couple of Georgian restaurants in Moscow and in several in Georgia itself; plus in several in Turkey.
