I went in to get a certificate of income for a visa. The service is good, but I had to pay 1000 tenge for one piece of paper, and in the end it turned out that this was an issued certificate of expenses on the card, and I kind of asked for income.
I also went to Kaspi Bank for a certificate, and they printed it out for me in a couple of minutes without any red tape or payment for the service.
They refused to open an account in this branch. The employee said that a PRTR is needed, although I am a citizen of Uzbekistan.
An account was opened in another branch of Halyk Bank without any problems.
