The department is quite large (the room itself), but only 2 managers work. And if you get on a lunch break, only 1 manager will work, so you need to stock up on enough time.I spent 25 minutes waiting, the ticket was the first in turn, but the manager never got free. People who also came up and waited were outraged that the service was very long. In general, I never got to the manager, because I couldn't wait any longer.Next time I'll choose another department with more staff. There are more chances to get the necessary service and spend less time.
