Attentive staff. There are many windows for working with citizens. There are ATMs. A normal bank.

The most bureaucratic bank I've ever come across. According to the schedule, they work without interruption, however, when visiting at lunch from 12 it happens that there is no manager, or the cash register is closed, and there is no sense in an afternoon schedule. They start to move if you just start to "swing the rights". There are a lot of bureaucratic formalities. The service is not the fastest. The employees always look tired, and there is no interest in helping the client. Unfortunately, there are few positive moments, about them in the next post.
