We came back to the bank, a man of 74, sore legs, barely walks, sent a certificate to the bank to be transferred to the card. AND THAT IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO OPEN THE CARD CORRECTLY RIGHT AWAY????? We went to SOBES, they said to go to Tchaikovsky - Tole bi, or back to the bank to reissue the card. WHAT KIND OF MOCKERY IS THIS?????????? If you don't ask the manager, he looks at you with dull eyes and can't find the answer. WHEN WILL YOU BE WORKING PROPERLY??????????
