The service is too long!!After waiting in line for almost an hour!I noticed a lot of people who didn't wait for the reception - they left!There are a lot of tables, few employees!!!!Not the best branch of the National Bank of Kazakhstan!
As always. The service and qualifications of employees are at a minimum ....... The bank simply travels at the expense of excise ****s and connections. Management is very weak. That's what it means when there is no competition and motivation, and the management is sitting, just because they are close. Cas is a good example of market relations.
The guard, an older man, solved all the problems. Organized customer service. It's called, simply, humanity. Long and happy life to him, his children and his grandchildren.
I swallowed the card once, they helped me return it there, although in other banks I have to wait for an unknown number of days until the collectors arrive.
