There was only one cash register for a bunch of people, plus the cashier was not at all adequate. I sent a large amount and decided to check whether the data was entered correctly in the payment, this did not suit the cashier)))She said I was holding the queue.
It is well located, but it is better to do operations more complicated than issuing cards elsewhere.They are not competent managers, so there is probably a staff turnover.
A terrible branch. Cashiers are slow. There are only 2 ticket offices. Then 1 cash register worked at all. And various monetary transactions take place in this cash register. It calls one number, then another. It's been awfully long.
I have a question, why is there a security guard in the bail department and, after asking a bunch of personal questions, calls the number and connects, do you not have an employee with the appropriate education? A guard should be guarding, but pretending to be a manager. And yet, why is there no clear system for collateral, in order to buy a house you need a hundred procedures
Today, 06/01/2020, it's hot outside. The air conditioners are working inside the department and there is no one , the whole queue on the street is sitting with numbers . 3 of the 4 ticket offices are open.
There are waiting places inside the department , benches for 12 people ... Is it really impossible to let visitors in at least 4 people ???
There are elderly people waiting on the street , it's so hard for them in such heat... Shame on highly effective money changers!!!!.
Do not get involved , they do not open accounts for citizens of the Russian Federation , you will waste your time !!! Not a bank , but a collective farm !
