This is not a full-fledged department, the reception is conducted only by the cashier (cash transactions/account closure). There is no operating room. You can open an account and so on only at Lenin 81.
There is no accessible environment, it will be very difficult for groups with limited mobility and mothers with a stroller to get in: there is no ramp, double doors and both open on themselves.
