I didn't like the service, the complaint book is on the second floor at the deputy (according to the guard). The managers sent them from the second to the first floor, then from the cash register back to the second floor and eventually told them to come in 3 days or wait for the manager's call if possible earlier. There is a lack of a little friendliness to customers and a lack of desire to understand the problem, as well as find ways to solve it. The design is not bad, the waiting areas are decorated with dignity, there is a common standard in all branches of the Bank. I will avoid this branch if possible.
