They refused to open an account in this branch. The employee said that a PRTR is needed, although I am a citizen of Uzbekistan. An account was opened in another branch of Halyk Bank without any problems. It is necessary to instruct the staff of this department.

Thanks to all the staff of this department! Everyone (including the guard!!!) They are as polite as possible and ready to help! Special thanks to the operators Makpal Alikbekova and Anastasia: the girls quickly, politely, and attentively solved my problem. It was amazing to observe the ability to work in a team - they quickly help each other to unload the queue. Maximum mutual understanding.
