This is my first one-star review. Let's connect philosophy: everything in life comes for the first time. I'll start with the sore point: one of the three ticket offices is working. The cruel prose of life: this particular ticket office is located exactly opposite the exit, so everyone who is standing in line moves in a waltz rhythm: skip the exits-let in the incoming, bow, and skip again-let out. The manager is a lovely girl, but I took off the stars for incompetence: when asked if it was possible to get an international transfer, the answer was yes. After heroically standing in line and waltzing near the front door, the sweet cashier girl shattered my expectations: and we do not issue transfers, go to ... another branch.
Well, I'm all about the bad stuff... Their ATM is good, big, green and yellow, as it should be. And for everything else, go to... another department.
