They were sent from the PSC to pay the state duty. I stood in line for an hour and when my turn came, it turned out that this office DOES NOT ACCEPT cards from other banks, or cash or a halyk bank card. With my kaspi visa, I pay for orders from the USA, but such operations are not yet available in this office. Just think about it, that on another continent I can instantly pay for any purchase at any diner, but here I can't at the BANK!!!
