Long queues, I had to get a transfer, I took a ticket. After waiting for 10-15 minutes, the operator at the checkout said that the transfer system was not working and offered to wait another 20 minutes.
In general, the service is unobtrusive.
I am served in this department as a legal entity. Samgat is a very competent and attentive employee to clients. Sometimes there is a shortage of staff.
