I did not like the biased attitude towards Russians, the issuance of a card from this bank is possible only if there is an employment contract. The question arises, does the bank intentionally create labor emigration? If, for example, you are traveling as a tourist and just for convenience you need a cashless payment card, what is the problem? I hope all this is just a temporary inconvenience, leaves much to be desired.

Today I came to close the card, in order to close the NB card it was necessary to deposit 500 tenge, I took 1000 tenge from the caspi card and asked to change it at the cashier's desk #3, despite the fact that she was free, she did not change it, and sent me to another cashier #1, in as a result, I waited in line for another checkout for more than half an hour. I understand that we are all working, but there was no queue at her checkout, and she began to accept customers only after refusing me. I think this is disrespectful to customers, time matters, standing in line where you can quickly solve my question at another checkout. Moreover, the ticket office #1 served me in 1 min.(she changed it). I think the employee was just lazy or was in a bad mood.When I asked why you couldn't serve me, because it would have taken less than a minute, she ignored my question. I am disappointed with the cashier's attitude.
