Problems with opening cards for expats. They even threatened a little that we would open the card now, but we could close it tomorrow if we didn't like something. Moreover, the questions - whether there are documentary reasons for this - silence Problems with the activation of cards as well. I had to visit the department 3 times. There is no single employee work scheme. Someone understands what they are doing, someone does not, they run around and consult with each other

Офис банка расположен в популярном ТРЦ Мегапланет,проходимость высокая, единственный работает в выходные и почему-то постоянно работает только одна касса. Иногда бывает очень много народа. Нужно увеличить количество персонала.
