A very bad bank branch, I constantly come in for some question and I can't wait in line. To get a consultation or perform any operation, you need to devote half a day.
Finally, they put one ATM to accept money. Before that, either through a cash register or a payment terminal for one bill. The competence of the employees is very low. Digital documents are requested to be brought in printed form.... They work slowly, especially if the question goes beyond the standard.
An ordinary bank branch . It's a little cramped and there are a lot of people in the morning especially. The staff is always polite and professional , no questions asked .
Well, I don't know... Personally, I really liked this branch. I have recently been there twice for important and difficult issues and twice I was served quickly and wonderfully. The room is medium, not small, there are quite a lot of people. But everything is arranged so that the queue moved quickly enough, so I solved my questions in 20-40 minutes. And the young specialists are very nimble, experienced and intelligent, and they did not detain me, and they did not stop the queue. And I also really liked the assistant girls next to the entrance. They are neat, positive, quick in action and calm at heart, experienced, smart and competent. At one glance, they immediately jump up, help, advise, show, tell ..., which made my presence in this branch even more reduced. In general, I am personally delighted, I liked everything very much, I am satisfied and grateful for the fast and high-quality work!
The air conditioners don't work, the stuffiness is terrible. There is no ventilation at all. Two out of five ticket offices are working, TWO! And they work like the sloths from Zveropolis, for 20 minutes per person. Sometimes longer. Because of this, there is always a queue. The system freezes. The organization of work is at zero, the one who is in charge here is absolutely incompetent, just a relative who probably needs to be. While I was writing this review, another cash register was closed. Now people are served by ONE ticket OFFICE. What is it called? It's called obscene.

An absolutely terrible bank! If possible, use another one! Firstly, their ATMs, as they call them cash in, do not work at all, they do not accept a contribution to the card of more than 500,000 tenge, well, let it be so with a contribution of 50 bills, since their ATMs no longer accept, only 6 SIX bills were accepted!!! the ATM does not accept the rest and it was written take the bills that were not accepted!!! And literally, I dug them out of the ATM because they were stupidly stuck there. Going further, we offered a solution to the problem of how to deposit money to the card (since this is a real problem for them!). Through the cash register, although there are twenty people in the queue at the cash desk, or through some kind of terminal of release 15 years ago, full of junk, which accepts one bill at a time (So I steamed with this). It's just tin!!! Next, I needed to pay for a loan in the Home Bank application, I make up a payment, send it and voila, the money is debited from the card, but there is no receipt in the payment history! After forty minutes of proceedings with the bank by phone, the following turns out... They have a technical problem, actually as usual, and they have applied for a refund and they will return to my account within 3 days!!!! How many times I tried to work with this bank, it was not so that everything worked for them. It's better to use another bank!!! This assessment is not specific to a particular branch, but to the Halyk Bank system as a whole!!!
