It is difficult and, in fact, impossible to perform simple operations for non-residents. When the card is closed, reissue is prohibited. At the same time, it is impossible to withdraw the remaining funds, it is impossible to transfer to another bank, it is almost impossible to open a personal account and transfer to it. The bank's ill-considered decisions have baffled branch managers and operators. And clients are presented with a "surprise" of a hopeless situation. After that, how can we talk about the "national" bank?
