They don't answer the phone. The answering machine "accepts" applications, but no one calls back and the problem remains. The quality leaves much to be desired, the picture hangs and artifacts are intermittent.Technical support is zero.Some content is cut, for example, movies with erotic scenes, i.e. the channel is turned off until the movie ends.
