An excellent, inexpensive, but high-quality hotel. Friendly and attentive staff, always ready to help in everything. A good breakfast. Nearby there is a landmark - the Edikule fortress. There is a 10-minute walk to the embankment.

The standard high level of quality and purity for this network. We lived in a standard room for a week, cleaned every day, towels were changed. The room has water, tea, coffee, kettle, iron. In the morning, standard breakfasts include eggs, cheese, sausage, pastries, tea, and coffee. You can order dinner if necessary. The hotel is quiet, 8-10 minutes walk to the metro or tram station. Olivium shopping center is 10-12 minutes walk away. You can walk to the embankment and take a walk there.

Great hotel.
One of the advantages.
Location. There are two metro stations to the center. The station is a 7-minute walk away. There is a shopping center nearby, where you can eat inexpensively (by Istanbul standards) and buy everything you need. The embankment is a 20-minute walk away.
Quietly. There are no crowds of tourists. There is a small university nearby, so there are not many locals either.
The room has everything you need. Fan. An ironing board. Tea. The breakfasts are standard for a chain hotel, everything is delicious.
Purity. Price.
I didn't find any disadvantages.
