We were on a business trip and stayed at this hotel.
I am a regular guest of this hotel in different cities and countries. 4 stars for giving out a needle and thread for a fee.
Of the advantages:

Wishes:
- a maid has to clean every day, not one day for the whole week. There were 5 days and only one cleaning with a change of towels. Although this is also possible for an additional fee.

Nice hotel. Everything is clean, cozy, and tasteful. Nice design, nice furniture, snow-white fluffy towels. There were no complaints about the cleaning. The food is on the level. In some places, repairs and/or more thorough cleaning are required. The stain on the carpet could be removed, the glass (from the inside) washed / wiped. There is a certain looseness. At breakfast, I had to look for napkins and cups. The dishes and some dishes (for example, yoghurts) are arranged so that you need to bend over - it's not convenient for everyone. The inscriptions on the dishes were mixed up, the employee noticed this, but nothing was fixed.

We came to Minsk for a vacation in November. The hotel is cozy, new rooms, clean, excellent location, across the street from the railway station, delicious, hearty breakfasts, a large selection. We lived on the 10th floor with a view of the gates of Minsk. The only negative, we didn't have a heated towel rail in our room and it was cool in the bathroom. I had to wait until the climate control warmed up the room. But the advantages cover this inconvenience. The staff is polite, young girls, everyone is in the mood and pleasant to communicate with.

Great hotel, great location, view from the window. The breakfasts are gorgeous, buffet style. The room is small but clean, cleaning every day, water, tea, coffee. Of the advantages:
The staff is pleasant, friendly and attentive.
Good location (proximity to the railway station was important to us). The metro is nearby, it is quite possible to walk to the center. There is a new shopping center with a supermarket nearby. There are good restaurants and cafes within walking distance (you need to walk towards the center).
Good sound insulation.
Of the minuses:
On the very first day, we were greeted by a torn towel (it was battered and well-worn), neatly folded in a pile with others.
The absence of hygiene products such as cotton pads, disposable razors. You can buy it for money, but it's not such a big cost for a hotel. Replenished shower gel, soap, shampoo and conditioner were available.
The lack of a refrigerator (we needed one).
The old technique (the base of the kettle was covered with a lime coating and leaked).
Missed cleaning. On the first day the room was cleaned, on the second day we went out late and hoped. that the room will be cleaned. Returning late, we saw everything as it was. There is no water, the towels have not been replaced. There is no "clean room" sign in the hotel.
A meager breakfast. Of the meat, only meat cuts and sausage, plus sausages or sausages. There is little choice.
