Great location - not exactly in the center, but the center can be reached on foot. The breakfasts are excellent, the buffet with a national touch. The standard rooms are small, but everything is provided. Windows with panoramic views, if the floor is higher. Clear. There were three days, the service could not be evaluated. I really liked the guarded parking lot, but there is no entrance from the building to it. Overall, a very pleasant impression

To be honest, I don't really understand the rave reviews of this hotel!!The hotel is clean but VERY unpretentious! I think the price is at least half too high at this level! It is located near the train station and the shopping center, which is not really relevant if you come to see the city, considering that you can travel around the city by taxi for 200 rubles! The breakfasts are also simple, of course you won't stay hungry, but there weren't even any elementary sausages! This is the first time I've seen it!))at the price of a tiny standard room for almost 10,000 a day, there is not even a refrigerator. I recommend future travelers to choose another hotel, perhaps further from the center (they can really take you anywhere here for a penny by taxi) 👌

I really liked the hotel and the staff. Everything is just amazing. Very attentive, they quickly fulfill any request. We arrived before check-in and were allowed to leave our things and on the day of departure we left our things before the train without extra charge. The room is clean, cozy, modern. Everything is in working order without any nuances. The only thing I would like to put a refrigerator in the room. Amazing cosmetics: gel, shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion. There were slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste, and a bottle of water. The food and breakfasts are simply amazing. Everything is fresh. A good choice. I didn't like the porridge, they were very thick like a lump, they didn't even try it. The rest is very tasty. The location is very convenient, close to the train station and 2 metro stations. I recommend you to visit.

Very convenient location: within walking distance of Minsk-Passazhirsky train station, 5-7 minutes by taxi to the center (maximum 10).
Responsive staff. Those who write something bad, apparently, do not really understand that this is not a Spa hotel, but a normal hotel for those who came to spend time in the city doing business or walking.

One of the disadvantages is the lack of a refrigerator in the room (even in the form of a minibar) and there is no food delivery from the restaurant to the room. The breakfasts in Minsk, where I stayed earlier, were richer, however, according to my requests, a couple of sandwiches with cheese, yogurt and natural coffee, any hotel will do. Be careful with shower gel, shampoo and lotion, which in the Hamptons are not in disposable bottles, but in dispensers. I had skin irritation and allergies. Passed after the shower already at home. Well, the defeat of smokers in the rights does not suit me. Smokers have been paying frantic excise taxes every day for decades and have the right to comfortable smoking areas, not under a blown canopy on the street. Not to mention that some of the rooms could be adapted for smokers. So my score is 2-3 points.

But it has a wonderful Green store, an analogue of our Crossroads. I liked the hotel in general, there was cleaning every day, water was brought regularly, breakfast was varied, a new hot menu every day, the room was clean and cozy, the location was very convenient - 5 minutes to the metro station "Institute of Culture", near the railway station, you can get to the center on foot in 30 minutes. There is a small fitness room with treadmills, an ellipse and dumbbells. Of the minuses, I will note the weak water pressure in the shower, it was also cool in the room. The air conditioner could not be adjusted to heat. Lack of a minibar in the room and hygiene supplies.

If you are traveling by car, then grab your pillow, they are some kind of knocked into lumps, and if you sleep under a warm blanket, then immediately ask for a second one, or else a very thin one. The second cleaning was strange: it seemed to start with the bathroom, but it did not reach the room. On Monday, the missing ham was taken out for breakfast, the next plate was served with fresh (smell before you eat), except for this moment there were no complaints about the food: porridge, pancakes and so on-without complaints. Otherwise, everything was fine, there is free ground parking and underground parking for some insignificant money, so you can always park. The impression is generally positive.

The hilton's clear 3-star service. The staff is friendly, the service is clear. Of the minuses (well, these are rather special features) - there are no bathrobes in the rooms, there is no room service. The cleaning was done well, but the water was not delivered, I had to go for it myself.
The breakfast is not bad, but here someone is used to what. There are eggs, sausages, pastries, cottage cheese. There is coffee. There is no local type of draniki. There were dumplings with potatoes and mushrooms once.
There is a nuance in the restaurant - pay more attention to the staff and their uniforms, it should be washed more often when the smells of food mix with the bright smell of sweat - it is not pleasant.

We were already relaxing in the room in the evening and suddenly found a marble bug on the bedside table. My wife was very scared, we went to the reception and the only thing the staff did was "tomorrow we will transfer the houseeping." And how do we sleep? The fact that the maid will check the room won't make me feel any better! We won't stop here anymore, and I don't advise you to. All the advantages of the hotel overlap with the attitude of the staff towards you.
UPD. We had breakfast in the morning and went for a walk, we thought they would clean the room, we already met the maid in the hallway. We returned at about 13:30, but the room was not cleaned. I ask the reception at what time period the cleaning is carried out, the girl answers uncertainly "from 15:00 to 20:00 approximately"... nowhere in the world have I ever seen room cleaning done so late. I met the maid on the way back, asked her version, she said they were cleaning from 2 p.m.... okay, they went for a walk, returned at about 7 p.m., the room was cleaned. The next morning we decided to stay in the room, because cleaning after lunch is all, and you know what? At 9:54, the maid breaks into the room with cleaning! I'm shocked, can they decide on the cleaning time or not? They also didn't vacuum during the first "cleaning", because there was debris on the floor that had been there during check-in and a torn hand towel was placed.

Breakfasts are a separate story. Everything is sooooooo delicious. The hotel itself is located a five-minute walk from the train station, which is very pleasant, but you can not hear the noise at all. It is quite close to the center.
