Everything is fine, but there is one THING: the rooms are not ventilated in any way, the windows are blind, the air conditioner did not work in January, it was very stuffy.

Good hotel, excellent service. I was slightly surprised that a bathrobe and a refrigerator were provided on a separate request (free of charge), it was a 2-bed standard room.
I will not say that it is inexpensive, but near the railway station, metro station.
I really liked the breakfast buffet. I assume that there may not be enough parking spaces in high season.

I really liked it! Comfortable, clean room, convenient location, if by train - then literally 10 minutes from the platform.
A separate love is breakfast! Very tasty, varied, you can always specify the composition. When you are at this hotel, be sure to try a croissant and pour caramel sauce over it🥹
We left early and had our breakfast packed in a lunchbox for free!

Terrible service, I felt it without even staying in it. It was necessary to pick up the lost item, while the guest had to make a power of attorney for me with my passport data. To my questions at the hotel, how else would a person be able to pick up if there was no such opportunity as now and how long they would keep the thing, it was said that three months, and then they throw it away!!! Those passport data that are not clear how they can use them, but after three months they quietly throw away your things!!!!!!

A great hotel for its three stars.
There is a refrigerator, a regular TV (without smart functions), a kettle (coffee and tea are replenished daily), as well as a daily water refill (which is important). Buffet breakfasts are included.
Daily room cleaning, very friendly staff.
Nearby is Moskovsky train station, 2 large shopping centers, metro. There is a closed parking for guests.

The hotel has its own 4 stars. Attentive and professional staff. The rooms are very clean, the breakfasts are quite varied. I saw how the chef himself checked whether there were enough dishes on the buffet. They will tell you everything in detail at the reception and help you. If there was a swimming pool, the hotel could claim an excellent rating. The location is very convenient. With the apparent proximity to the railway station, trains and horns are not heard at all.

I stayed for the second time, my husband's anniversary was on the day of his stay at the hotel, I asked if the hotel was congratulating me or not, they replied that yes, and no one congratulated me, as they say, attention is expensive, but they did not wait for him. The staff is friendly at breakfast, they do their work at the reception without a smile, you don't feel welcome there. The carpet in the room was stained, one towel was torn, with holes and black hair, I found a maid on the floor, changed the towel, apologized, but all these little things spoiled the impression.

A great hotel (for its stars). Excellent breakfast (Swedish table). Excellent wi-fi (it is terrible in other hotels in Minsk). And of course a great location. There is a train station and a metro station nearby. However, it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the center.
A small minus is that the windows do not open, and it was not possible to defeat ventilation. Sometimes it's cool, sometimes it's stuffy. But they did not ask the staff for help because it was not very annoying.

In Minsk, the hotel of this chain disappointed. A very creaky sofa in the room (there were three of us with a child). Everyone couldn't get enough sleep. Now about breakfast. The declared porridge on water and milk were present. There were vegetables, fruits, and pastries. The hot stuff changed every day. But for some reason, if you want scrambled eggs (and not an omelet), then they will make it for you for a fee (????). Sausage slicing was presented in one version, and then if you have time, for some reason it was not replenished.
Room service is good, towels were changed, water and tea/sugar were added every day (if used). The location is really convenient, the metro station is very close.

The rooms are clean, but it's time to change some of the interior items, the spots on the chairs, carpet, etc. Room cleaning, change of bed linen and all accessories every day. The room also has an iron, ironing board, safe, TV, respectively, hairdryer, kettle, slippers. There is no refrigerator, mini-bar. Bathrobes are provided on request.
The breakfasts are good, hearty (buffet), but without champagne, which is understandable, because the status of this hotel is lower than the Hilton where it is.
There is free outdoor parking and underground parking for a fee.
Payment is made only in cash or with Belarusian cards (which was an unpleasant surprise). Virtual Russian maps do not pass the world, although they work everywhere in the city. Either the policy of the hotel, or something else. If you transfer money from Russian cards to Belarusian ones, keep in mind that there will be a conversion of rubles into dollars, then from dollars to Belarusian rubles, the cost of the room increases accordingly.

An excellent hotel, but a little old in terms of interior equipment (I compare hilton in Brest and Minsk), delicious food, large capacity in the restaurant; comfortable beds (however, one of the beds in the room had a "slanted" mattress, but it was possible to sleep). Nice hotel, clean rooms, great bed.
Everything is very correctly calculated from the point of view of fire safety, smoke-free stairs, fire extinguishers, escape routes are everywhere within walking distance, as a professional firefighter I pay attention to this on the machine.
There is free parking on site, and paid underground Parking is warm in the basement, which is especially important in winter, but it is not cheap 15 Belarusian rubles a day, for December 22, it is 375 Russian rubles.

The rooms are clean, odorless (not smoky - smoking is not allowed in the hotel). It is especially convenient if you come to Minsk by rail - 10 minutes to the train station at a leisurely pace. And despite the proximity of the train station, there is no sense of a passing yard. Everything is neat.
There is also its own Parking (with a barrier).

Good afternoon, everyone. We were at the hotel from 5 to 7 May 2023. As always, the Hampton hotels are at a high level. Excellent breakfasts and you can order additional food on the menu, there are children's dishes. There is an underground parking for 15 rubles a day, I think it is very convenient, there is also an outdoor parking for residents. The location of the hotel is very convenient, opposite the Minsk Mall, there is a grocery store and a Children's world, a new shopping center. There is a beer Hop restaurant nearby.
